Quality Policy

Basic Policy

Aligned with the Toshiba group commitment, Toshiba LSI Package Solutions Corporation (TPACS) pledges to follow all applicable laws and statutes, offer products and services of the highest possible standards, staying one step ahead of customers' needs or expectations, and contribute towards the well-being of society. It is the policy of TPACS to:

  1. Work actively to ensure product safety and improve technological expertise, both in Japan
    and abroad.
  2. Design quality into products and services through participation of all departments and
    all employees.
  3. Provide customers with information necessary for proper handling and usage of our products.
  4. Comply with applicable laws and contracts, and respect the rights of customers and third parties.
  5. Improve quality through searching examinations of deficiencies and imperfections.
  6. Promote continuous improvement in our quality management system.

Continuous Improvements

Recognizing that it our duty to "offer products and services of the highest possible standards, staying one step ahead of customers' needs or expectations," TPACS pledges to follow all applicable laws and statutes and continually improve the quality of its products and services. Quality goals are set and reviewed as an integral part of the management challenges, which are in turn translated into business strategies and goals in light of the management aspects listed below. Such strategies and goals are fully deployed throughout the company, maintained and updated continually so that all officers and employees are ready to carry out the strategies and realize our visions.

Commitment to Fulfillment

I, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TPACS, will ensure that the quality policy and goals are fully understood by all employees and conduct the following. Also, I will request all business partners and suppliers for their understanding of and cooperation for our quality policy.

  1. To develop the concept of the quality policy into concrete activities, I will have each department set its own quality goals and achieve them in a well-planned manner.
  2. To attain the quality goals and continually improve the quality management system, I will provide each department with requisite resources.
  3. I will assess the degrees of attainment of the quality goals, as well as the fitness and effectiveness of the quality management system, I will revise the quality management system, if necessary.
